Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we confirm the vehicle, date, time and fare with you by phone or WhatsApp.
Fares
Fares are quoted per trip based on distance, vehicle and duration. We tell you upfront what is included, such as tolls, parking, state taxes and driver allowance.
Waiting and changes
Please inform us early about changes to pickup time or route. Extra waiting, distance or days may change the fare, and we will tell you before it applies.
Cancellations
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel. Any cancellation charge will be explained when you book.
Passenger conduct
Passengers must not carry illegal or dangerous items and should not ask the driver to break traffic rules. Smoking and alcohol inside the vehicle are not allowed.
Liability
We take care to provide safe, well-maintained vehicles. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control, or for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
